A clear scope for your facility

We review the areas that need attention, the level of traffic, and your preferred service times. Your proposal identifies the tasks and frequency, along with any specialty services to be quoted separately.

Depending on the agreed scope, recurring cleaning may include trash removal and liner replacement, accessible surface dusting, vacuuming and mopping, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, and entrance glass or reception detailing. Restocking responsibilities and the supply of paper products, soap, and liners should be confirmed in the proposal.

Carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning, and pressure washing can be discussed as separate services. Floor treatments depend on the material and its condition.
